I still have this tank if it would work. This is a 12 Torpedo.

Re: Paint color question
Take it by an automotive paint store and get them to scan it. They will be able to get you a very close match.

Re: Magneto coil wrap?
This is what I used back when I was wrapping some, I decided it was much easier to let someone else do it. I put one I wrapped in the 23 I’m building now.
I have several rolls left if anyone is interested.

Equi light company inc Nos
The box says it’s for 15-17 model t. I’m assuming it’s a regulator for mag lights since it comes with two new bulbs. They are 6-8 volt. The instructions are so bug eaten and rotten they just crumble. I have no idea where it would mount, it comes with one bolt. Anyone ever seen them before?

Re: Todays NOS find
I forgot to put the picture of the lenses inside the boxes.
The small red lenses are the celluloid red lenses that go in the tea cup taillights, must be thirty of them.

Re: Ruxtel and Rockies
Problem solved with a thick washer.
I have always restored them back to original, this one is mine and the last one I plan on doing. I have been saving good original parts for this one for 25 years. I’m building it to be a great driver like I want it.

Judging by the original paint on that fan all I have ever seen are over restored.

Re: Ruxtel and Rockies
The shifter came from Chaffins and is cast from brass where it bolts to the tran s cover. The shift arm hasn’t been welded on.

Re: Ruxtel and Rockies
From what I read the jury is still out on which side it’s supposed to mount on. The rod in the photo is as short as it will go now, I don’t think I can mount it on the rear. I did adjust it longer and got it to work but it still hits. I may have to wait till I get the body on to get it right.

Re: Ez slider
If it was twenty it would be a no brainer, but its over sixty and I can make one pretty easily.

Anyone have the measurements of this by chance? I have an older set of Rocky Mountain brakes I would like to update.
