Thanks but this my 60th! I was 13 in 1963 when I went to my first one. Of those 60 years, I narrated the OCF for 35 years: more than half of the time I was in attendance and about half of all OCFs. Very proud of that.

Leaf Spring Silicone
Have you ever put that silicone sheet stuff between your spring leaves?
If so, how do you like it?
I'm thinking of putting some between my leaves while they are apart. I don't want that messy graphite leaking all over.
Thanks in advance.

How did you trim your wicks to get such a bright light in the kerosene lamps?

A question about brass
Normally, I polish my brass about two or three times a year. But because there are no shows or tours this year, I have not polished it at all. Will it be harder to polish next year if I don’t polish it at all this year or should I polish it at least once this year it’s a 1914. And it’s garaged. Than...

Who has used this on a chassis, what prep did you do, did you use a brush, did it leave brush marks and did you like the results?

Ebay and Corona Virus
Is anyone concerned about purchasing anything from Ebay in these times/
Like you, I've got a ton of time on my hands and lots of stuff to list but I'm wondering if anyone is buying because of this pandemic?
By the way, how are you holding up?
Thanks

Re: Prest-O Lite tank explosion??
I scoured local welding shops for a tank embossed with the name, had the offset valve and, did not have a gauge in the bottom. It was painted a variety of colors. I simply stripped it with paint stripper, smoothed it out, painted it silver and, got a repro decal from Restoration Supply. It looks gre...

Chassis paint question
I did a forum search with no luck. I think there was a thread about chassis paint. From what I remember, it was a brush on paint that would not show brush marks and was hard as nails.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
