Remove the the nickle bezel & the trip odometer external parts (don't need since speedo is for looks) to see how things will fit in the bracket or the dash. You can make an L shaped bracket to hold the speedo to the dash or bracket using the screw positions that were for the nickle bezel

I did get the wafers working in the tumbler. I caught 9 wafers in and when I put in #10 the key would not turn. So per James recommendation, I left out wafer #10 and it turns. The issue with mounting is hole alignment to existing holes. Since you have matching splash aprons, fender supports to front fenders that should not cause issues. Also the Headlight arms work with the supports.

That is correct. It would not fit. We got it fo fit but not sure where to go from there. It does not seem to turn to the left all the way.Not sure it it matters but we think we might have also put the tumbler in 180 degrees from what it was.
