VIX Scientific Gas Saver

Hi, I’ve got a VIX Scientific Gas Saver. A google search turned up an expired auction for a sign. I think this is likely to not actually work as well as advertised. I’m keeping it as a curiosity. I have only seen them in this borrowed picture from this forum, but I'd like to know if they should be on the touring car.

Parade seating 1914 Touring - Question

Gang,
For a parade, what are your thoughts on seating someone, (with the top down), on the raised back edge of the rear seat?

I'm kind of on the fence about it. It seem a bit unsafe to me.
I've got a line on a barbershop quartet that wants a ride.

What are your thoughts?
