It's a 1926-27 engine; From the hazy pictures I can see the cylinders are rusty/rusted. Here's a perfect example of the flywheel being Way off. This is a 1914 we did . It was off @ 134 grams almost 5 ounces per inch of the diameter of the flywheel. Looking at it the total amount off was 1010 grams/ 2.2 pounds in total unbalance. Combined weight of unbalance of the magnets and flywheel ...

If you are to proceed to do a valve job: Once you remove cam, inpect the cam lobes for wear and pitting. If the lobes aren't pitted it can be reground to touring or stock lift. The valve guides will need to be checked for wear if valves have never been replaced then you'll need to ream the valve guid...

You didn't say "Wet magnaflux" as if it was done dry it only gives a one dimensional image whereas the Wet mag will give all three.

The bronze insert against the Model T Crank will be too hard and quick failure will result. Where it's a splash rather than high pressure system the bearings and crank will not survive in the atmosphere of a Model T. They chose babbitt because it's a softer material than bronze and it has ability to...

Re: Cracks between intake and exhaust
Those need to be repaired .
We don't see this crack to often but when we do it has to be repaired.
We use metal stitching and it is a seamless stress free repair.
With hardened valve seats installed it will never crack again in that area.

Was the crankshaft washed and all grease and debris removed before crack inspection?
You won't get a true reading if there is oil or dirt on the crank.
From what I see those are a result of the forging process as long as they are away from the radius of the crank.

Trying to balance it the way you are is a bit difficult.
If you have someone that can spin balance the flywheel you'll be in a lot better place.
Then you can contemplate machining weight of the triple gears.
