Re: ...Holy switch, Batman!!!!!

As someone said take cable off starter >got sparks< take that cable off the switch >got sparks now? yes switch made...

I really need three tires 30 x 3 1/2; so where are they coming from with a plane tube tire??? 15 bucks whe...

Have you tried putting your hand over the carb while somebody cranks it: no vacuum ? it will never start ever. 30lbs or so shop air in the spark plug (piston up valves closed) listen to the exhaust pipe and carb. Thats just a quick first diagnosis . My brain keeps saying exhaust valve seats dirty / ...

I don't get it???? I bought a rear tire for a 750 Ford backhoe, got to be moved with a fork lift that was $630 with taxes. Get out your calculator and divide a 30 x 3 1/2 (bike tire) into that monster= backhoe tire rubber. My batterys may be dead on calculator I keep getting $63 dollars for a common...

Re: Fan question ?
Sounds like you need to make the young one replace the bushings and show them how to use an oil can under the threat of not being able to use the car again. Sounds like they get enough milage out of it. You got that right 'all right' : I been staring at many idler and tension pulleys we have in sto...

Fan question ?
Couple years ago I machined fan bushings and a new bolt. All is good. but when I sleep this car is running the roads even out of state by my youngest hatch-ling. Example being a retired cop my bro's stop by the shop and say what you doing riding around at 3AM? say what; I'm long in bed son. Now my f...

Re: Free Start
Things or anything could break or snap caused by shock more so when cold. With its low compression a free start won't hurt anything. High gear lugging not good for any engine. I have been doing this since I was a kid, take a ride engine running at its sweet spot. Stop it.> don't retard it put to idl...
