Can anyone refer me to a source for Medium Cream pin stripping paint, as used by Ford on 1926-27 enclosed cars?

Does a muratic acid and water solution for rust removal eat away at brass or bronze fittings or bushings?
I know that a sodium bicarbonate solutions and a battery charger eats away at brass fittings.

Helping someone identify the year on a center door. The engine is a ‘22, but it has a metal firewall. It is my understanding the metal firewall didn’t come along until mid ‘23.
