I promised to report when my Coupe tires gave out. This week one lost it's air in the driveway. Many thoughtful soles warned me not to drive on them for the past 20 years or so. After showing serious breaks in the rubber exposing the cord I vowed to drive them to the breaking point as a research project.

I have a frame that appears to be a '25 ( only 2 rivets on on hand brake pawl ) It has a serial number C726397, does the C indicate Canadian? Also the front crossmember is located on top of the side rail instead of above, and the side rail is stepped to allow for this. Can anybody shed some light on this ?

Yes it look's real easy on the several you-hou videos, the muscles in the middle of my back are still sore and I did this monday. That was probably the hardest thing I had to do to this T. After the cover was on it was real fun to line up all those bolt holes.

Does anyone know when Ford went from the one piece dust ring held on with a screw in front of the terminal stud to the split type held with a bolt and nut? McCalley's book shows a generator on page 277 with the early setup. The stud is not attached to the buss bar like the later ones. Pictures don't want to post today!

i have several sets of -.020 and standard diameter re-conditioned Model T connecting rods ... these are from the same batch of old stock rods that i listed several weeks ago , these are obsolete inventory from a long ago closed auto parts store ... i do not know the re-builder , but the rods appear to be of very high quality ,they are X grooved...

OK so my engine is in and the motor mounts are bolted as well as the front. My Radius Rod needs to go back about an inch. Someone recommended jacking up the rod and it should pop in. I tried and that didn't work. These are the same parts going back together. Is there a way to shift the front end back as well? I don't like to force things. Any...

I wired my 26TT according to Ron Patterson's diagram. It is 6v negative ground with a voltage regulator. It is not running yet but when I turn on the lights the ammeter pegs to the right (charge). What do I do?

Can anyone measure the rear seat spring for a 21 touring for me please. The used spring I bought seems too big and after upholstery it does not want to fit. It is about an inch too much forward. It fit without upholstery. The parts books don’t have the measurements.

I want to mount a small tool box onto the running board of my 1912 Flanders, but I don't want to drill any holes in the running board. Does anyone have a pair of luggage rack brackets or an otherwise trashed luggage rack that I can cannibalize for the brackets? I hate to buy and cut up a perfectly good, complete luggage rack.

I planned to have the frame/axles/wheels blast cleaned and then brush paint them using Rust-Oleum primer and Rust-Oleum black gloss. However, I now am considering having them powder coated. I would appreciate members commenting on these two options.

I have 2 of these, in the same condition, and only need one. So this one has to go. A nice Solar gas spotlight. It has the original :lens: but has a crack as seen. NO reflector or burner unfortunately (mine too is missing). Otherwise in nice shape, with a lot of flaking paint.
