I need a couple of commutator control rod swivels - P/N 3534S. Chaffins doesn't make them anymore so none of the vendors (that I contacted) are oit of them as well. If no one has some new units, I would take good used ones, just advise what you have, how much and how you want to get paid.

Were gas lines always zinc plated from 1909? I have a NOS one that is, and an original one on my 1925 too.

I have noticed an odd situation with rear spring for my 1927 coupe. The end of second leaf on the right side is not in contact with the bottom leaf. The attached photo show the situation.

While not shown in the photos, there is a slight wear pattern on top of the bottom spring below the end of the second leaf.

Is this problem??

Hi all, I’m trying to scour the internet for information on what the correct wheels would be for an early 1917 (Feb 1917). My car currently has square felloe and pointed spokes on 3-of-4 wheels, and one of the rears is a rounded felloe with rounded spokes. Well, it's been hot so I've been chipping away as I can. The garage is usually around 100 in the evenings. I did manage to find a guy that could, and did weld the wheel studs on. I know the best thing would have been all new (3 at least) hubs, but that would have been expensive.

Saw an Autowa bodied Model T this afternoon. A very nicely restored roadster body on a 26/27 chassis. It was manufactured in Ottawa, IL. Does anyone have any information / reference material for this vehicle?

What I have: what i believe to be, a pair of 1924/25 Coupe rear Fenders, i am told they were used on 25 runabputs as well. View then at Hershey and decide that they are what you need. They are clean, straight, and older (original?) paint. Some surface discoloration, no pitting. Have not had body work done to them. Honest 'original' ford steel....

Many, many bad word were said.

This Frontenac exhaust manifold had been repaired (at least) once before and the flanges were so thin, spacers were needed for the manifold to clear the hogshead. There is no marking on the head, but the combustion chamber measurement indicates it is a Model T....

Pressured washed the frame got 99&44/100% of the red clay off
as far as I can tell this is a piece of copper tubing used as a shim for worn brake pivots.

My drill press quit, so I decided it was time to replace the 50+ year old wiring. My press had a reverse switch added in the 60’s and the insulation on the wiring was old, cracked. It also had a toggle switch that was like a happy dogs tail, loose and floppy.

similar to a T but larger bearing and straight shank has ball bearings on the inner but taper race on outside
measures 2 5/16 across outer and 3 3/8 at inner, about the same overall diameter on flange

I just found the body number on my 1915 touring. It appears to read 5 6 15 38 65 followed by what looks like an A M or N partly hidden by the body interior. The first digit is just out of view to the left in the photo.
