I got it straight so it doesn't pop back to bent. It's ready for finishing the sandblasting, and then soldering.

I'm curious about what people tend to like to run their T's on. I know that today's gas is much better than it ever has been but is everyone just running regular 87 or is it worth going out of the way to find ethanol free fuel? I can do either since my carb has a drain on the bottom of it so no fuel will be sitting in the carb for extended periods...

I did a little exploring this morning on my ‘26. I think, based on what I hear on here, that this is bad. True? Replace the roller, too? Could this be causing the misfire? 15DE525E-5A95-428E-B120-157C656D13A6.jpeg I’ll probably just go back to stock at this time.

Hello everyone! I have a quick question for you. We own a 1923 TT Fire Truck which should have a serial number of around 6 to 9 million. Why would the serial number be 11,307,223? That seems around 1925... Weren't replacement engines always stamped with the existing block number?

Has anyone had any luck buying a headgasket lately? I have tried multiple suppliers, everyone says they've been on backorder for a long time. Steel, copper, silicone, all pretty scarce.

What have your experiences with marvel's mystery oil been?

When I take photos I often compose them like I might a painting. I thought a thread of photos with interesting colors, textures or situations might be fun. I know many of us have amusing ones here and there.

I was just quoted 210 sterling, to ship 5 tubes to me in the US. I'm happy to pay a premium for the tubes, but cannot believe any of the many happy users of these things has paid nearly $300 postage for their tubes???

What better way to start a new year and joining the new forum than posting a thread on the refurbishing of my 1926 touring.

I picked up the car a few months ago with the intention of going through it over winter for some summer touring... The FORD itself is in OK condition and was cosmetically restored eons ago, mechanically it's been limping...
