Mark, I am not sure why there are postings on the old forum, I changed it to read only when we started the 2019 Forum here.

I'm pretty sure it is in direct at the moment as I have been driving the car without a shifter for a couple of years now.

I will fiddle with it tomorrow to see if I can shift it.

I have purchased a left hand Ruckstell shifter from one of the vendors but have not installed it yet.

Virtually any picture size can be uploaded to the forum and the software will resize it and the thumbnail, storing it on the server in the smaller size.

Another benefit is the pictures everyone sees are the same size.

Re: registered users

Sometimes it is not prudent to delete old user ids so you can identify old posters.

Especially if you use 1925T as your id you would not know who made the post until you check the user profile.

Re: Edit posts

The time limit for editing a post is 60 minutes.

We don't want it to be longer in case if someone disputes what you said and then you change it.

An Admin can always change it for you if you message us.

Re: To find the 'old' MTFCA site (Back thru 2005)

I am currently working on the history of the forum as we make this change to the new one. Mark is correct and there are some of the years 2005 2006 2007 in there, they must have had a few crashes in the early years. Stan Howe mentioned in one of his posts that there was another forum in 1999, what t...

This was my first (of many) breakdowns, in our first T, a 1926 Touring, the first summer we drove it. Came home on a flatbed.

Re: Vehicle classifieds no worky

You have to be a MTFCA Member to post a vehicle for sale ad.

I think we need some instruction on adding yourself to a group.

Dave I added you to the MTFCA Member group, give it a try now.

Posted by David Dufault on the old forum, thanks Dave.

Also...
After reading a thread, if I use the BROWSER back arrow to return to the Forum, the color DOES NOT change;

However,
if I use the < Return to “2019 Forum”
at the bottom of the thread, the COLOR DOES INDEED change.
