We saw Iron Bridges but they were not open. Then we headed to a mill and got the next pictures before heading to the best place for pictures as far as I thought.

Today we were alone most of time since it was a short day and we fell back to get pictures.

We didn't get lost often but it happens so some of us got lost together and had to play catch up. Then we decided to go alone and just see everything but still found others from time to time.

You might notice the hood of our car started out clean and gets more dirt on it as the tour progresses.

We left Friday and stayed all 5 days and tried to get pictures of as much as possible but the roads were almost non-existant so unless we stopped at every bridge, some are not as good as others. I just got word Steve is OK and got his car going for now. I am happy to say the response to a need is awesome in here. This group goes the extra mile more than any I have seen.

Now THAT is one extra nice T. My hat is off to you Bill for a job well done. The color needs some direct sun to make it show better but I like it. In the first picture I get a strange feeling like maybe you should check that rear wheel. I just can't put my finger on it but feel something is missing....

I may have missed it but do you have pictures posted of the car now that it is almost done? (I saw the wheel picture from OCF) When I saw the picture with the rear wheel off in another thread I noticed the car had to be a 1909 or 1910 but didn't know it was yours till you said something!

I have at least 2 that I just found tonight in my stash. Might have more but at least I have that many for you if you want used ones.

I never had the chance to spend any time with Tony because he was always so busy helping at the tours we were on but I always knew him when I saw him. It is another terrible loss for us all.

Mike, Check the brass part real close for a very small pin that you could drive out to remove the shaft. I have never looked for one on a handle like that but my hood lathes on the 25 Indiana had one pin that was real hard to spot that held them together. If it has one, it may not be easy to find. T...

Scott, my choice would have been a nice looking 1912 Town car that was inside the museum! Very well done car.

I would not want that block as a 13 but it is over 100 years old and someone could use it. Maybe you could stamp it as reproduction so it could not be passed off as the real deal later. It would be a shame to junk it. I vote to let someone have it knowing what it is.

Because of road construction and weather we were late getting to the museum and missed the tour but still had a great time. Thats interesting that it has no casting date. How does the area look where the date would have been? I know some had no date but does it not even have a place for it? Any idea when they started putting casting dates on the blocks?

Replaced the 27 touring my wife regretted selling and drove it home (about 90 miles total) over the weekend with high winds for most of the trip. I think she likes it and wont let anyone talk her out of it this time.

I have a transmission I took out of one several years back for my project but later found the correct transmission I needed so it never got used and still sits in my storage shed. If you find something and need it I would let it go for what I have in it.

I will never let the Mustang fastback go that I rode in the back seat of when my parents were test driving it back in 1968. After 53 years with this car it is like family to me. First car for me when I was old enough to drive and all original to this day.

I always used Indiana Trucks because parts were hard to find and no one knew of the truck. Then someone wanted everyone to use real names so I changed it and had no room for the old one. More people knew the truck than knew me anyway.

If it might help someone I have the front section of the passenger side I would sell. Has the wood and is very solid. Found in the loft of a barn over 40 years ago. Find a door and you have complete set up for a 12 touring.

Dallas, I think I have one even better than that one but it is missing the head and I would even deliver it to you at half price if I can find it. Let me know cause I have someone else looking at it in a day or two.

Hang in there Benji, I ran into a lot of these type roadblocks while restoring the 1925 Indiana Truck and sometimes waited a year or more to find a way around them but things always fell into place. I think someone from here bought the plans from his wife and was going to start selling them or maybe she was still selling them. I remember some posts about it a couple years back. Maybe you can find the posts or someone can repost them here.

I had to give $100 for one a few years ago and then ended up with an extra one in some parts I bought. I would need to check but I think it was bent but if it is able to be used it could be for sale.

Got the Jan/Feb issue yesterday in Indiana just a couple weeks after the Nov./Dec. showed up.

My first and only new muffler lasted less than 1/8th of a mile. It looked like yours only no black soot on it yet.

My 1913 engine with casting date in Dec. 1912 has the 3 rivet pan. Second pictures has the aftermarket 2nd tie rod sitting on it that I was testing the fit and did not come with this car.

My 13 has no fasteners on the windshield but one on the firewall on each side and on the top. These are the only pictures I took after I put one side on that was under the rear seat of the car that had been parked since 1928. Some of us are just not able to post a picture in gallery. I just tried several times and can not do it. That might be why I don't have mine there but its been a long time since I tried till tonight and still can't make it work. No problem posting it here though.

I made a real heavy bucking bar in the lathe to back up the rivets in my truck frame. Then I used an air hammer with the correct tip to fit the round end. Heat the rivet and go to it till it is the shape you want. If it cools down heat it again and keep at it. You will get there.

I have not watched it yet but noticed right away the third picture with the wrong caption. It says 3 lever 2 pedal but shows 3 pedals and 2 levers in the picture. Not wanting to be picky but thought maybe he could fix this before it gets out there. Typo's happen.

On the old forum we had to resize the pictures down to a smaller size. I can still post the same pictures here and you can not click on them but if I post the original larger picture you can click and see it full size. I think in this case size matters.
