Blockley tire shipping is going up

As of today, two tires to Milwaukee is $578. Delivery has gone up.

The price of the tires did not change. 149 pounds each.

I am sure some of this is due to the exchange rate as well.

$1.27 to the pound.

Re: Horn Wire Connection

Best of luck. I have never been able to get my button back on the shaft so that it works. I finally just bought a different button that sits on top of the shaft.

Re: Replacing Coolant Hose

If you do not want to remove the outlet from the head you have to pull the radiator forward. Disconnect the upper tank support rod. Loosen the radiator bolts on the frame. Hopefully you have enough thread to do this without taking off the nuts. Remove the clamps and twist the hose. Hopefully it is l...

Looks like Donald is in Missouri.

I would say 3-5K. Horizontal pictures seem to upload better if you want to try.

Re: Gravel or Highway

I googled Pella, and I see a lot of county roads. They can't all be gravel. I am spoiled in WI where almost everything is paved. I would not give up on your roadster. Make sure you have good spares and drive slow. When you are in your T you need to see the roses on the side of the road and not plan ...

Re: Gravel or Highway

I have been on the freeway in Michigan where the speed limit is 70. Obviously most cars were doing 80+ and it was not fun, but I had no other choice. I travel on county highways where it is 55mph and have no problem with that, but these are county roads. The traffic is not that bad. I have also driv...

Richard Baughman has medical issues and is no longer making any linkages. I wish he was.

Re: MTFCA Annual Meeting

I do not believe that the MTFCA has a FB page. The page you are thinking of is the MTFCF. Model T Ford Club of Facebook. No America in their title, and no connection to the MTFCA. I use FB all the time because my kids taught me how to use it. There is a lot of good information there, but you are rig...

I bought mine a few years ago. Guess I paid about $900 for them.
Some day they might get put on the car.

Re: Revitalizing Chickasha Pre-War swap meet

The rental for the grounds is probably a lot cheaper this time of year, but I am sure everyone would rather it was raining and hot, than raining & snowing. Avoid the 2 weeks the National tours are scheduled and you should be OK. Early June is usually open for most T people.
