Good point, usually I just crank 1/4 turn but I slided on the ice with my shoes and I kept my hand too long on the crank to avoid slidding and falling on the floor. LOL

I can't be more agree Timer is cause of many headache. My favorite regular timer is Tip top new day but you have to clean it often, it have tendency's been crudded up by oil and condensate sneaking by the cam seal no matter I used seal. But doesn't bother me, I took 20 secondes cleaning with aceton...

Did you know if the bridge washer and lock nut from Lang's will fit on Blockley tires as well ? Yup. DC-1 cap and RW-1 rim nut. I use watter and add one small bottle of Glycerin from drug store at $5. Watter is better coolant than antifreeze. Glycerin aslo prevent rust. No rust issues the last 15 years. I had that tips from a old T gentlemen several years ago.

Thank you all to clarify the information. More clear now. They have similar name as well. I'm glad he will be able to go in Florida and continue doing is business again in different way. We need several enthusiast suppliers in our hobby. I'm so thankfull for all of them.

I don’t know how much your tape is broken? If it’s some magneto, you could use transparent epoxy as well. I did Personally To fixe an issue with 2 round magneto and it’s work properly.

With the two hole caliber the Anderson timer on the car was 5/8" wrong in timing. The engine lost power. Used the tool and set the ignition on 15°BTDC....

I used regular oil with new day timer but I found it need to be cleaning up after 500 miles with acetone and 200 grit sandpaper... no matter if used oil or not.
