I know some of you are familiar with the Hill Climb each October in Newport Indiana. I have been reading there rulers for a model t speedster and I tried sending a message to them but no reply. In the rules for the speedster class it says you cannot run a pressurized fuel system. Would that rule apply to an electric fuel pump?
