Saw the Movie Radium Girls

Post by Mopar_man » Sat Nov 27, 2021 4:55 pm

So we were watching the movie and the girls in the movie took a picture with the date 1925. Prior to that part the movie was filled with Model A's!!! Then it was 1927 and more Model A's!!! Thankfully they had a few T's in there. Ha!!

My wife hates it when I point out what's wrong. Don't get me started on the use of guns in movies. Antique or modern.

Bob, so you don't like those six shooter revolvers that shoot 20 or more times in the movies??
We were watching a TV series set in Canada, we figured out from various dialog clues that it would be about 1919, but there were Ts from 14-23 and significantly a 27 roadster pickup was used. Then they talked about going on "Dates" not a term used in those times. Oh well, it was a fun series to watch. What I see a lot of is modern trains out of their time period. The worst one was "Roots" when they were traveling across the US in 1926 and you could see modern cars on the side streets as they drove along. AAAUGH!
T'ake care,
David Dewey

Now I want to watch it so my wife can say "They didn't consult you, did they?"
"No, they didn't."
Red steering wheels on the A's, right? ;)
Since I lost my mind mind, I feel more liberated
