Tool box for TT

I have a ‘24 TT and I found a sort of chest that I would like to put on the bed when I am done restoring it. I am going to use it as a sort of tool box/general storage. The chest was manufactured by Chas Passow & Sons and is most likely from the 1910’s or earlier so it is kind of period correct. You can lock it with a skeleton key but I do not have it so I am going to keep and eye out for one on eBay. It is in pretty good shape for being 110? Years old.

That looks kind of nice. You could make a removeable tray for smaller items, that sits above a lower storage area, for bigger stuff. Is that cedar?

Yes, it is cedar. I was thinking of finding some smaller trays from the 1910’s, 20’s, or 30’s on eBay or somewhere else to organize tools. I might need to find some ford script tools as well. When I was going through old tools that were previously in that chest, I found what I believe is the little oiler can that came with T’s.
