I had not heard of either Genesee, Idaho or the horse show. I did look and found these.
Is that a Winton or a Lozier?

I would agree with Dan. The hood sides are vertical whereas Lozier sides were tilted out at the bottom. The radiator would be six-sided. That shape in the photo does not match.
