To assure consumer acceptance of nutritous, low-fat, climate-friendly "NewFoodz", mandates, surcharges, and even bans may be necessary to move reactionary clingers into the new diet regimen. Full consumer compliance must be achieved no later than 2029 to meet current GCA climatological goals, with a totally algae-based general population diet being the long term goal. Please,no bugs! the local KW cafeteria got serious problems when it was determined it was full of roaches,not YET on the menu officially.
Yea I wondered about it being called "frank" myself.
