ID an oddball carb?

Would you guys have a look at this carb?
We’re stumped.
Brass float inside of course. With a gear drive adjustable main jet?
1. Apparently, all casting numbers start with M.
2. M3767 sediment “bowl”.
3. A Fairbanks Morse like flutter valve yet a hole below. Adjustable.

But the gearing would give a very fine adjustment, maybe for a slow running engine?
