Hubcap wrench for what car?

Here are some photos of a hubcap wrench that is non-Model T and I just wanted to know what car this is for.

It is thicker than a Model T wrench and weighs 1lb 4oz.

I wonder if that is for a Truck that would have large caps on the back and small caps on the front?

It might not even be for hubcaps, or even automotive for that matter.

Could be a cleaned up old farm horse drawn machinery wrench. No telling. Maybe the AACA might know if it’s auto related.
