I have an old pair that have some similarities. I think they came from NAPA. I've had them a long time, and they were old when I got them. The bases are shaped like a pyramid, but the rest looks identical.

				First line unreadable.WALKER?
"Steel horse"
 2 ton capacity.
79x, maybe 794.
There was an oval decal under the release lever in that oval detent. Gold with black lettering. Base painted a dark bluegreen or blue.
They work quite well. I found a second pair with a semi legible decal @ a hit & miss show/swap meet.
Next stop ebay. There is a pair repainted red claiming to be walker. 40's -50's vintage.
The first line on the decal could be walker.
