3 years after moving I will soon have a separate garage/workshop for my Model T and A.
It won’t be as big as I want because of Money, location, and water runoff issues but 22 X 24 with 10 ft walls it is better than nothing.

It took us a year to find a builder that would actually go further than say “That’s not a problem.” and tell us what was needed to do about the water. BTW. We just wanted to make sure any runoff didn’t go in the garage or home and didn’t affect the neighbor.

Congratulations!! Reminds me of when I started mine almost two years ago. You'll love it.

Looks good to me, just make sure you designate space for the cars that cannot be violated. Trying to keep my late wife from storing "Stuff that we might need later" was a task. I finally had to build her her own space.
