Hall-Scott was an engine builder, they built a multitude of engines for all kinds of cars, truckd, boats and earoplanes, i couldn't dig up a picture of a '151 model' but it could have been from anything from a car, a fire truck, who knows..
When in trouble, do not fear, blame the second engineer ! 8-)
