Look like what I've used on airplanes for fuel lines, oil lines and brake lines in areas where rigid lines are not acceptable.

I’m pretty sure they are high pressure oil pump lines from the HPOP to the cylinder head/fuel injectors on a Ford 7.3 Powerstroke diesel.
