Do you mean the part which is on the torque tube of the universal joint? or the inner ball joint part which contains the babbit holding the rear of the transmission?

Or if you are looking for the 3rd or rear main bearing of the engine block? All these parts can be obtained used and usually only need new babbit poured to make them usable.

I missed read the need but I will stick by my OP on use of babbitt 4th main.
If you are talking about the ball bearing type, many people do not recommend the use of them and to stick with the original babbitt type.

I have an aluminum one that you need to turn the driven plate down for it, I may even have a driven plate turn down for it. If of interest give me a jingle. 419-618-1025

Mark, when I sent my rear 4th bearing support to have new babbit poured, I was requested to include the drive plate shaft, so it could be machined and the babbit poured to match the shaft size. Without the shaft, there is no guarantee that it won’t be too loose or too tight. Jim Patrick
