My Model T Friend Dies.

Post by BobP » Mon Feb 10, 2020 2:37 pm

One of my Model T good friends, Delbert Bultman, passed away yesterday Feb. 9. at 91. He owned and drove the1926 Model T roadster he bought in 1944 for 76years. He was still driving it last fall. He still lived on the farm he was born on. RIP Good friend, Bob.

My condolences on the loss of your friend. I lost a good friend like that a few years ago who was 96 and he loved to ride in my model T's. After the ride he would talk about riding in a Model T with his mother driving to go to town shopping.

And we must keep their spirits alive in which they bestowed upon us to pass to another.

Hope this eases the pain,

Hank

Bob,
So sorry for the loss of your dear friend. It is very obvious he meant a lot to you by your dedication to drive your model T to his funeral during a snow storm as a sign of great friendship. I am sure your friend would have greatly appreciated your loyalty.......Regards, John

Sorry for your loss Bob. It’s hard, if not impossible to replace friends like that.

This is where passing the torch is so important and meaningful. You know what
he did for you in both friendship and knowledge. Be that guy to others. It IS the
true spirit of why we are here.
More people are doing it today than ever before !

Good friends are very difficult to lose. Losing an older friend was harder on me than when my dad died.
Delbert's memory lives on thanks to you Bob. :)
