Or is it a 1910?

That man is either very small or that is a custom made extra large vehicle. My biggest problem, besides my stomach, these cars are small and the steering wheel is just too far up on me to drive it comfortably. Just my fat two cents worth. Frank

It's a 1910, the front body mount has 3 bolts.
The front mount changed from 2 bolts to 3 bolts in early 1910 .

It does look as though the driver is no taller than 5’5”. I have black era T’s and they don’t appear as roomy as the car does in this photo. I’m 6’2” and my legs will barely go under the steering wheel.

From the kinks in the horn tube and the paint chipping on the door jamb I would say that car has had enough use for the seat springs and padding to give less support than when new. He could be siting a few inches lower in the seat now. Also the photo has some odd distortion making the car look longer. He may be a short fellow but other things are affecting what we see.

I would suspect there is a bit of distortion in the photography because everything seems wider than it should and vertically shorter than normal. The man is probably short in stature as well. Notice how long the steering column seems but it quite far from the man. It also seems to be at a lower angle than it should be. Just my thoughts.

This is closer to the right proportions. Does he look as short?

Is it possible that photo was taken in a studio? The car is so big, long and roomy, it appears to be a prop and the background appears to be a painted backdrop. Since the flag has Ford on it, I wouldn’t be surprised if the car prop was located in a Ford dealership as a selling point to show potential buyers how roomy the T is. Jim Patrick

Here are a couple of pics of my 1910. The orientation of the seat and steering wheel look just about the same as in the picture Herb posted.

Note the rare yellow factory slinky
that served to amuse both driver
and front seat passenger .... 👀

Here is my late 09 with us in it. Lots of room behind the wheel.

There was a “Tanner Bros.” Ford dealer in Granite, OK, about 90 miles west of Chickasha. It looks like they were a garage for a few years, then picked up a Ford dealership in 1921 or 22:
