My NH 2-ball float valve is stuck closed. I have removed the carburetor and attempted without success to get the top ball to move freely. No luck. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good cleaning fluid that I can soak the valve in? I can buy a new valve - and I will if necessary, but I hate pitching the valve just because it has crud in it.

Do your self a favor, get one of Scott Conger’s float valves. They work like an original. Dan

The ball type float valves are notorious for sticking. Do as Dan says, get one of Scott's valves.
