What is the difference in brake rod support brackets for 1914-15 (3470-71E2 in Lang's catalog) and 1916-27 (3470 & 3471)? Thanks for any help.

‘14-‘15 supports have a flat arm that wraps over and under the brake rod.

‘16 and later that arm is stamped and reinforced at the bend just like the curved u-shaped that wraps the radius rod.

Also, to add a bit to Dan's reply, one pair is "show quality", which always costs more, and in the case of each pair, one is not the same as the other,.....one is :left" and one is "right", so as to follow the angled direction of the brake rod.
