Headlight assembly question

I looked around and couldn’t find the answer - which direction does the chrome socket go ? The adjuster screw tab is not centered in the length, so does it go short side in the bucket, or long side in the bucket ?

Longer slots toward bulb (and tab offset toward bulb)
You appear to have it correctly aligned with your 3 parts.
Be sure to check the screw for a cotterpin hole. Some don't come that way or at least didn't, so if necessary, drill the screw first, and cotterpin it after focusing...the repro screws unfortunately do not always come with the proper hole.

this could be fun...
EDIT: that was MUCH easier than expected ! I didn't even break a drill bit in the process !
