Remember the days before social distancing and the whole family could ride in your T?

John,
I was holding off to see if anyone else would post a photo. I have waited long enough to share this picture of my family's reunion from June 2019. My 1919 Touring was busy giving rides all day. Each of my 17 siblings and I had different color shirts so we knew which grandkids went with each family. My family are in the red shirts. To summarize - I am one of 18 children with 4 children, 9 grand children, 14 siblings spouses, 43 other siblings children, 26 siblings children's spouses, 44 siblings grand children, 1 siblings great grand child and 1 siblings great great grandchild. Only 101 of the family could make the reunion.

Yes, I am a blessed man.

Taken during the 2008 Centennial in Richmond.
Me, my wife Rose, my sister Becky and my niece Julianna.
Dom, I am the oldest of 7, and have a friend who is one of 11, but you sure have everyone beat with 18.

John, Hank & Chris,
It is not a contest. My Mom and Dad loved one another and Dad was there for more than the conceptions'.

They were mathematic wizards, they proved 1+1=3 18 times.
Have a great day and wash your hands,
Dom

Rich, you can't just post a picture like that without any details.
Knowing you there is a story behind that picture!

I don't know the whole story. The photo above was taken in Yellowstone park along the Madison River on June 30th 1923. Grampa Eagle took the photo and Grama is standing with the two little girls. I think the Buick is a 1919. The two older couples were not relatives and arrived by other means. Grampa was the Postmaster in West Yellowstone and therefore the only public official. I don't know whether this was in an official capacity or if they were just going to watch the procession pass by. Grandfather often did some advising of the Presidents on where to fish, not that it really helped.
Had I paid better attention and asked questions when the Aunts and Uncles were still alive I could offer a better story.
The same family with a later Buick, apparently a different occasion. The plate says '23 but I think the car is a new 1924.
I just thought some contrast might be in order. I don't have 10 children like they did. (2 had not arrived at this session)

Tim,
Great shot. We need to share humor at the time. BTW, I see the family resemblance.
Stay safe and wash your hands,

Ron & Pud,
Beautiful family photo on the 41st Anniversary of her 39th birthday. My mother celebrated her 39th birthday anniversary even after we kids passed that age.

You are missed my friends since we finished our cross country trip last year. My little granddaughter, Ireland, still talks about spending the day in Greenfield Village with Rex, that 4 legged family member, in the right rear of the photo.
Stay safe,
Dom

It is the people you meet that makes Model T touring so great. We met a lot of great people on the 2019 Ocean to Ocean tour. Pud, Rex and I put Ireland at the top of the list. She is truly a remarkable young lady.
