Simple valve job gone down the tubes

We started to do a simple valve job, touch up the seats/grind the valves, and found a cracked seat. There used to be a valve grinding fixture that would allow you to counter bore the valve seat with the engine in the car. Does anyone know about this, does anyone have one and will let me borrow it to complete the job. This car is what I call my "beater" and is used in bad weather to save clean-up on my restored T's. It ran fine, no knocks-etc., until this compression started to fail and loss of power and uneven running. I would like not to have to go through a complete dismantle to install a new seat. Any help/advise would be appreciated. Dick C.

That cracked seat will last much longer than one might imagine.

KO Lee made such a tool. If you can find someone besides me that has one. Dan

Dan, any chance I can rent it? You can look up my record to ensure that I am OK.
