I spotted this one in the National Library. I don't know if it has been featured in this forum previously.

That sure looks like two levers to me.

I wrote single lever because after thing it was two I decided that what looked like a second lever was the release rod in front of the lever and the release handle at top behind the lever.
It could be a two lever car, though.

Another error was that the photo is in the Library of Congress not "National Library".

I looked at a lot of '09-'10 photos and don't remember that one. The light colored chassis is a bit different.

Rather interesting too is how low the top sits on the rear when folded. I always saw pics where it was obnoxiously high up, impeding one's rear vision severely.

Looks like a later restoration, the tires more modern tread.

Painted frame is a giveaway that the body has been off.

Odd, seems like a tail lamp on the driver's side cowl. And the headlamps look like 1911 Brown #19.

The front fenders are early square non-billed, the running boards with brass side trim, so the T may indeed be a early 1909, but fixed up at some point.

Looking at the left front headlight is it bent or is this a touch up done on the photo. I have to agree that it looks like the car was touched up but was it done on the car or on the photo itself.

It also looks to have the early style radiator with no script on the top tank.

The rear end does not appear to have the early pinned straight axle! The car has several details that indicate it may be a real '09, but it appears to have been "restored" somewhat.
There are a few things funky about this picture. The fading of the background doesn't quite match across the car. But that could happen that way. Detail clarity also doesn't match between the car and the background. I can almost think this could have been a museum display, with the background a blown up picture on the wall, and car parked in front of it?

The rear doors have the handles mounted low on the door, per the early '09 style.

Those are three tier E&J side lights. Hard to find. The tail light is very hard to find. The use of the tail light as a sidelight,indcates they were missing a side light.
