what is this

Back in the 1990's Dad and I pull this frame out of a creek it was made into a trailer. He sold it for 800.00 but the guy never told Dad what it was ,he was thinking model R,S,N, can anyone identify this frame so I can put this to rest. This frame did come with a T shaped serial number Ford tag number 623 Thanks Colin
