Tool identity????

Post by Dennis Fleming » Sat May 09, 2020 12:05 pm

I found this in a box of Model T Tools and can not figure out its use. At the base of the handle it has National Jack- - Mich. I don’t know if it is Jack(something) or maybe Jackson, Mich. It is 8 inches long.
anybody know what it is???
