OT - Mystery Bend X

Post by Jim_PTC_GA » Wed Feb 13, 2019 9:57 am

I was going to lable this "My what a large Bend X you have" but my wife suggested other wise.

A while back I bought an interesting Bend X of eBay. I knew as soon as I got it out of the mailbox I knew it wasn't a T bendix before opening the box. It was very heavy. After cleaning it up I find it just beautiful, almost a work of art.

Its huge and I was wondering if anyone knows what this goes to.

It takes a 3/4 inch shaft in each end.

Just a Guess but it looks like one I pulled from a stationary generator many years ago.

Looks like a Bendix off a farm tractor starter.
