Can someone tell me the height of a 1909 touring with the top down and windshield folded, to clear the rear door of a trailer?

Mine measures 66" to the top of the WS hinge. It looks like the top would be less than that but I didn't fold it down. Tires and different WS might give a different dimension. I hope others will report their measurements.

My top is still up after the filming and there is no one around to help lower it. However I measure 66-67” to the top of the folded wind screen. Hope this helps.

The top of the folded screen measures 66", and the highest point on the folded top of my car (#2436), measures 70".

I don't have any measurements to offer. Just wanted to remind all that tops and windshields were not standard equipment for most of 1909. Ford factory offered a few different windshields, and at least two different tops. At least one of the factory '09 tops sat very high in the back when folded down. I have seen photos showing a driver could not turn around and look over the top at traffic behind him.
Beyond the different factory options, after-market tops and windshields were offered by at least a dozen companies, and in multiple models. A few windshields had only maybe five inches of the upper section that folded down. Others had nearly a full foot that folded down. I once saw a photo (don't have a copy of it) that the folded down top sat at a steep angle to about two feet above the seat back.
I have seen several restored Ts in recent years with after-market tops or windshields. Not many of course anymore. Most people restoring or re-restoring a car prefer to replace the after-market items with factory offerings, or keep the car without the optional items.
