Borderline T flywheel

Going through T parts I’ve had since the late 60’s I saved the borderline parts and stored them out of the weather. I may thin things down some more but I saved this pre starter flywheel. So far! When did Ford use this style of magnet clamps. These are different than the later style that’s usually seen and are earlier.

Pretty sure those are '14 only magnet clamps.

I think Steve is correct; they were the first style used with the new wider-pole double oval stack field coil in September of '14. The typical '14 used the fixed, small round pole double stacked style field coil. The magnets used with it had very long, arc-shaped clamps to try to overcome the notorious dead spots so common with that style field coil.
