Very interesting highly accessoried roadster. Looks like a 1914. Hard to tell, but are the splash sheilds indented to give extra foot room stepping into the car?

And I’m assuming that’s a front mounted electric starter... never seen that style before. Very cool

I guess the thing on the front of the car in the second photo is part of the Everful Water System.

That bus is mind-boggling! How does a 20hp drag all that body along, let alone filled with passengers. Imagine if a bunch of kids rushed to grab the back seats - the front wheels would lift off.

The bus is built on a chaindrive extension like a Smiths Form-A-Truck, so it will be very low geared. That will be the key to it being able to haul a load. There is till more of the body forward of the rear axle, so it shouldn't tip up.

I was wondering what year the tourer is in the second photo. At first glance I had it don as a 14 model with the forward folding windscreen, but then I noticed the fore-doors.

Allan, I think the bus driver had to be very careful where the students sat, that thing is way back heavy even when empty, unless the body was built extremely light in the rear. JMHO Dave

When reading the article on the Everful Water System, it basically describes an overflow tank that also condenses the steam, and most likely siphons the captured overflow back into the radiator similar to modern systems but without pressure. No mention of any mechanism to perform the task.

This roadster has obviously been electrified, and sports accessory headlights and spotlight. Notice the lack of hand crank as well...? Could this not only be an accessory starter... but a starter generator combo unit?

Allan, the T in question looks to be a '12 with a '13 windshield mounted vertically. Note the support rods. they look to be '13 style but mounted more upright on this car than they would be on a '13.

on the late 12 the windshield is none ford issue. also check out the headlights.well used ford ha,ha. charley

The 1912 touri.g in the third picture has N J. 17 license, so it is in pretty good shape for a 5 year old car, must not be driven in the winter.

The 12 in picture #3 appears to have a 09-10 type windshield with spring loaded, over center type hinges. The windshield mounting brackets have been changed to the even reach type, and because they are different they are relocated next to the stock location. The 13 style support rods are longer than stock ones to compensate for the vertical windshield. You can see the bolt head just ahead of the upper front door hinge. Also the car has 1915 front fenders. Notice the cross bead on the bottom side and with enlargement you see three flat head type rivets. The front lower trim of the radiator is missing. The headlights are slightly bent upward, with the lower part of the door flattened. Hand crank handle is missing off crank. Tells me someone ran into something and damaged the fenders, windshield, crank, radiator and headlights. Otherwise the car looks pretty clean.

I completely missed that Charley. Also the front fender irons are the eyelet type to hook the top straps to.
