I dunno how many Turlock's there are in the USA, but I'm thinking not many. The second and fourth photos were taken just south of Modesto (where I live) in Turlock, CA I bet.

That must be Turlock Ca. because of the Date palm in the background. I don't think those trees grow in most of the other states.

Since that police car doesn't have any flashing lights or siren, how would anyone know if they were being chased by the police? Is that where the warning shot across the bumper started?

Yes, it is Turlock, California. The G. W. Hume Co. was a huge canning operation located on Hwy.99 in town. I worked there when I was in high school during the apricot, peaches and tomato seasons in the canning departments doing maintenance on the lines. It got me out of school part time all the way into November, so that alone made it worthwhile.
One Sunday night as my family was returning from Los Angeles, when we reached Merced (25mi. south) we noticed a huge red glow in the sky looking north. Upon reaching Turlock we saw the entire cannery complex was on fire and being good citizens we thought we should watch this amazing event. When the fire subsided we walked closer to inspect the damage and the thing I remember is the heat coming thru my shoes as I felt my footsteps sink in the melted pavement.
