I picked up the front axle pictured with some other T parts. I noticed that the axle has some differences to the other T front ends that I have, the way the wishbone mounts is very different. The straight mounting bar connected to the spring has a tag on it as pictured. It is made by Halladay Bumper of Streator Illinois. I did find some information about that company but any information about the axle or bumper would be appreciated.

Missed a picture in the first try. This is the label on the frame piece attached to the spring.

The wishbone was mounted above the axle, as shown, on the early teen Model T's. The spring shown is a later T spring as it's leaves are not tapered. It is a late spring. The Halladay part suggest that is is an aftermarket, non automobile application. Perhaps it was for a wagon body of sorts. It would not mount to a Model T frame as shown. What you have in my opinion is a "bitsa" of parts.
I like the label, I have Halladay shocks on one of my cars.

Jack, thank you for the information. I wanted to make sure I did not ruin some rare parts. I think I am going to use the Halladay bumper part for the front of my speedster. I like the little vintage tag!

I'd like to know how they connected the drag link to the connector ball!
