Re: Pics
So many interesting things in each photo. The jaunty angle of the 1919 Indiana plate in the last one.
How nice to see these!

Re: Pics
The car also has H&D type shock absorbers, second only to Hasslers in popularity on model Ts. Also interesting. The oil sidelamps have unusual font bowls. Flat bottoms with a rib around the middle. These are very similar to some of the very early '15 style side and tail lamps. Similar lamps were also sold after-market. The car is a bit beat, paint faded and dirty. Along with the replacement radiator it appears to have seen some rough usage. With black trim on all the lamps, it is unlikely it would be an early '15. The front wheels do appear to be 30 X 3.5, but no driver's door hinges, so not likely a Canadian build.

Re: Pics
I like the terrain and the street in that third photo. I can't decide if I see the "Dean" vehicle as a White or Flanders. It's not a T.

The Durlin hotel is on old route 66 in Oatman, Arizona. Wikepedia has it listed.

Re: Pics
The Canyon Country Model T Club has toured Oatman, AZ many times. Today, a feature of the town are the burros that roam the streets at will. It's not uncommon to find a burro in one of the shops along main street. The street you see here is US Highway 60, but in 1926 the route became the famous US Highway 66. Russ Furstnow

Tom,
I live in Roseville, Ca and would love to know what street that photo was taken on. Do you have any more info on it?

Chris, ask these people where the Ford dealership was circa 1920.

Re: Pics
Oatman, Az. Our club went there about 4 years ago. We stopped in a local cafe for some coffee and dessert. While there a group of motorcyclists came in. They had parked together in front of the place. While we were there someone came in, and asked," Who owns those motorcycles?". A burro had bumped one of them and it was like a domino effect!
