That folder was for the last version of the Stromberg Carburetor for Model T Fords. The RF. It came out along toward the end of the party, late 25, Ford was transitioning to the Vaporizer so to upgrade you had to go back to an earlier set of manifolds. They still sold pretty well, run great, don't leak at all -- but after close to 100 years are a pain to rebuild as the brass parts have welded to the Aluminum parts pretty bad in a lot of them.
They are still worth the effort, in many people's opinion they are the best carb of all time for Model T's.
