1922 Center Door project

Post by Will_Vanderburg » Sun Aug 23, 2020 7:04 pm

Haven't posted on my project in a while. I just got more pieces this past weekend.

The running gear after I jacked it up and put four replacement wheels on it. The original wheels were rotted through.

The engine didn't turn when I got it, now it does. I oiled the bores and with a 2 x 4 scrap, I lightly tapped each piston using a 2 pound hammer

parts you don't see are 5 demountable rims that need blasting and coating.

The frame had an Ames horn on it. Stored under a plastic tub for I don't know how long. I don't even know if it works. Been raining on and off today and the place where I can test it is kind of cramped at the moment.
