Are all the 3 speed warfords for amodel T new and old the same gear ratios

No.., Cast iron ones are of a lower ratio by a few teeth and some early models gears do not match up to later productions. Check plant number on the case.

I have a warlord transmission, it want to do battle with me every time I try and shift it! LOL sorry could not resist.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:

Ron,

The new Warfords are made by Layne Machine Works in Kansas city MO. Their phone number is 816-231-3268. I am under the impression that there are a couple of ratios available. I could be wrong. Call them and ask.
