Good News - Racer rescued

Post by Rich Eagle » Fri Sep 11, 2020 1:58 pm

A phone call the other day delighted me. The old orange racer I've stored for 40 years is going home. Norm's Grandson has taken interest and is going to make it an auto shop project. I will try to get some photos of the progress. His Granddaughter is also taking auto shop and will continue on any additional work on the racer.

The Winters have not been kind to it but it is in good hands now.

When did I do that?

Glad to hear that the car has some new caretakers. Thru the years, I have seen pictures that you posted of that speedster. I always had a sad feeling when I saw it sitting out in the weather. But now it seems to have a brighter future. :) :) please keep us posted ..
