Different clutch shaft

This comes from a non-starter hogs head I am using on a '17 restoration. I am wondering if anyone has seen this type of clutch shaft arrangement. I have 6 hogs heads in the collection and they are all riveted. Anyone know if it's factory or maybe a clever mod?

I think this was changed to the riveted style somewhere around the same time the reinforcing ribs were added to the aluminum hogsheads. There might be a length difference in the clutch arm and the clevis loop on the low pedal between this early of a transmission cover and ‘17. Double check you have appropriate travel and the linkage doesn’t over-center before you rivet everything together and do the final installation.
