Hello fellow T owners!! I have a model t powerplant and bought a governor fan for it. Now the fan is missing everything except the flyweights. Does anyone have a picture of a complete one so i can perhaps fabricate new parts?

I don't want to confuse the thread but does your unit look like this?

Only thing I can find online that pertains to fan operated governor for Model T Ford engine is excellent video of Bud Merz (deceased-R.I.P.) and his son Robert Merz excellent videos showing operation of fan operated governor on the Merz Model T powered "buzz saw". however, can find nothing showing individual pieces of governor. My bit of online "research" makes me wonder how the Model T engine fan operated governor compares to that of the Fordson tractor,....wondering if they are the same,....???

Harold,
Here is a copy of a fairly common fan governor. I have one like this so I saved the info.
It was posted here in the past, but I don't recall by whom.
Just another example of the great help here on MTFCA.
Hope it helps
Kevin

I have a NORS fan governor that I originally bought for my two cylinder Model T tractor.
Plans have changed and I will not be using it.
It is for sale if you or anyone else is interested.

I have at least two . One is a commercial unit, the other is home made using timer rollers for the weights.
Very ingenious!
That is not to say I could find either one of them in this mess.

I had a complete, NOS Sears Roebuck Governor (instructions posted above) that I sold via the classifieds in 2017.
See photos below.

Thank you all so much!! After seeing your great photos I believe my fan is a sears, but with homemade weights that I think are timer wheels! : )
I did manage to get the governor working but the photos will help a lot. Thanks again
