Hello again. The Ford Model T's design is almost an icon for vintage and veteran cars. When most people think of really old cars, they usually think of the Model T or a car similar to it. What if, though, the Model T was remade in the modern age? How would it look like? Would it be as widely used as it was back in the early 20th century? Thank you

Well, let's see. It would have crumple zones front and rear, properly engineered three point seat belts, air bags, anti-lock disc brakes front and rear - probably look like a Ford Focus.

It looks exactly like the cheapest new Ford car you can buy today. Unless the company learned absolutely nothing from Henry.

Ever seen a Tata? Kind of like a modernized Yugo. Anyway, imagine a Tata Nano with no choice of color or upholstery. Radio? You want a radio, buy a boom box. Be glad you have a heater - what a luxury! Built as cheap as possible as basic transportation... If you need a pickup, cut the body off behind the drivers seat, put something behind you, and build a cheap wooden box as a pickup bed.
Safety? We're in the business of transporting people, not safety - so safety is up to you - don't run into anything!! (I would have loved to have one, somewhere between a curiosity and a collectable, but you can't get one from here...)

The modern Model T was the VW Type 1 Beetle.
